Do you want to be involved in this exciting new phase of Newent1s life? The Initiative team are keen to move forward and have been encouraged by the help received by volunteers from the town. It doesn't have to be a firm commitment of endless meetings; if you want to just lend a hand occasionally, maybe an hour a month, that's fine - every bit helps.

The Newent Initiative Trust is not a Town Council body. The Newent Initiative Trust is a voluntary organisation formed by representatives from a number of Newent's organisations, societies, trusts and schools.

Also invited are representatives of the Newent Town Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Gloucestershire County Council, Gloucestershire organisations, members of the public and other interested parties.
