Lydney Christmas Switch-on!

The 1st of December saw Lydney's Christmas Parade leave Hams Road Car Park; marching through Newerne Street, Hill Street and High Street, arriving at the Town Hall for the eagerly awaited switch on of the Christmas Lights.

Father Christmas was at the Town Hall and Danter's Funfair brought their rides for the children along, plus an outside market, table-top sales and various displays by local groups and organisations.

On the 3rd of December Lydney Town hall also played host to 25 stalls selling art and crafts, which were ideal Christmas presents.
